What is Sinadya sa Halaran Festival 2009?
Sinadya sa Halaran Festival 2009 is an annual festival celebration in the Province of Capiz. It is celebrated during December 4 - 8 and this is the most awaited and the major festival in Capiz. This is the joint festival of the City of Roxas and the Province of Capiz. There are so many activities in this festival like the grand parade of the festival, the fluvial parade, the lighted river floaters and many more. But the most awaited part of the festival is the colorful lights of the fireworks display.
Most of the people are waiting this great event of the year in the Province of Capiz. This is the last day of the Festival and I do hope that there will be no more problems and accident that will happen this day. Just enjoy the festival folks and have a nice day ahead.
